EMDR Intensives
Intensives are like retreats for your well-being, helping you save time and heal faster with proven, results-oriented EMDR therapy. Depending on your needs, intensives range from one to five days.

Depth Therapy
Go deep into your unconscious to heal the root of your pain and distress. Therapy is individualized and personalized. This might include mindfulness, brainspotting, experiential therapy, psychodrama, AIT or cognitive approaches (DBT, CBT)
