EMDR and Trauma Intensives
Get better faster with EMDR intensive therapy. Accelerate the healing process through focused and extended EMDR therapy sessions.
You’ll be nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, known for their natural healing properties and old wisdom.
What’s included:
3-4 nights lodging in a mountain-top home complete with covered porches, hammock chairs, rescue dogs, and soothing fires in the fire pit or wood stove.
Nutritious, healthy meals to help you heal and reset.
12-24 hours of direct hours dedicated to EMDR therapy.
Morning yoga, instructional mindfulness practice, or guided visualizations.
You will have the entire upper level, a private bathroom and access to your individual therapist on the lower level.
